Mild Steel Electrodes
 Description:E7016is
of carbon steel electrodes with low hydrogen potassium type
coating .The weld mental has superior mechanical properties
and high crack resistant properties It can be welded on both
AC and DC. Welding can be done in all position. When used
AC, the stability is inferior to that used DC.
Application:Used to weld middle carbon steel
and low alloy steel structure,such as 16 Mn,09Mn2Si etc.

Note:
¡¡¡¡¡¡Before welding, it is necessary
to clean the work piece and remove the impurities such as
oil ,grease rust and moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature
of about 350 degree centigrade for one hour. The welding must
be carried out under short arc and is suitable for narrow
path.
¡¡¡¡¡¡When used DC, the electrode must be connected with positive
polarity.
