Description:E309L-16
is a super low carbon chrome23,nickel13 stainless steel electrode
with titanium calcium type coating and suitable for both AC
and DC. As the carbon rate is super low, it can resist the
inter-crystalline corrosion separated out from carbide in
the case of no niobium and titanium stability agency.
Application:Used to weld the equipment of
synthetic fibre,
petrochemicals industry and the kindred stainless steel structure,
compound steel and heterogeneity steel structure, as well
as the transition pile welding in the wall of pressure container
in nuclear reactor and other components.

Note:
¡¡¡¡Before welding ,the electrode must be baked at about 150
degree centigrade for one hour. It should be used on DC possibly
,not too large current otherwise electrode become red easily.
The melting depth is lower when used AC.
