 Description:E316L-16
is a super low carbon chrome18 nickel12 mo2 stainless steel
¡¡electrode with titanium calcium type coating. The carbon
rate in the weld mental is no more than 0.04%. It has good
heat resistant properties, corrosion resistant properties,
and crack resistant properties. It is used on both AC and
DC and has good manipulate property.
Application:Used to weld the urea, synthetic
fibre equipment and the kindred ¡¡stainless steel structure.
It also can weld chrome stainless steel which can not be heat-treated
after welding and the compound steel and heterogeneity steel.

Note:
¡¡¡¡¡¡Before welding, the electrode must be baked at about 150
degree centigrade. It should be used on DC possibly, not too
large current otherwise the electrode become red easily. The
melting depth is low when used AC.
